Blacksmith Skill Issue

if u have lvl 3 manufacturing then u need craft lvl 5 and lvl 6 items to get % higher. to get lvl 4 manufacturing u need do quest at lvl 50 ( u can buy apothercary skill at lvl 45 i think)

Level 4 Production Skills

You can only learn your level 4 production skills when your character reach level 50. Speak to the "Elder" to get the quests for level 4 production skills.

Path Of Pharmacist

Start NPC: Master of Herb Picker of Dream Searching Port, Mackenzie (618, 390)
Reward: Exp (500)

Speak with Mackenzie again to view his Mechandise List and buy the item "Apprentrice Pharmacist" for 52,500 gold.

With the item "Apprentrice Pharmacist" in your inventory, speak to the "Elder" to learn your level 4 Pharmacist skill.

It sounds like you're making level 3-4 items which take a skill level of two. You need to be doing the 5-6 items, which will require a skill of 3. In the manufacturing window it tells you what skill is needed.

I'm surprised nobody's noticed this topic was necro'd from last year yet.

I am new to this game. I got level 1 in all the skills however 3 of them I have not used as of yet. I was so busy doing quests I didn't realize you needed to manufacture at a low level to advance to the next. Now I am level 29 and cannot get past level 1 skills because the only items it lists for me to make are level 2. Can anyone help me with what I can do? I really messed up didn't I? Any help is appreciated.
