    Cool. I'm downloading the game via torrent right now too. It's pretty fast. I'm getting around 300 - 370KB per second, and my downloading speed is usually 100 - 200KB per sec. I'll seed this whenever my PC is on, which is on quite often. Thanks for the early release of the client. Great to have it installed and ready before the server opens :)

    direct dl is fast too...at this moment about 370K/sec and rising (just getting faster and faster).

    Haven't seen anything. When setting up the second seed (My laptop) I was getting 2MB/second. Now THAT was a quick download

    Well I was about to say that I too am getting some good speeds on the direct download option..... was ranging from 850k to 1mps... till I just now looked again. 12 bps ( Good morning all you night owls) ... I'll be done in 56 thousand hours (56551 to be exact). That's in about 3 years... Dang.. I think I'll end up missing closed beta :P LOL

    The torrent speed is slowing down a lot too since there's now a lot of leechers and only 2 seeds. I won't complain though, since the closed beta doesn't start until next week =p

    Hmm, might wanna download it via torrent. I bet the direct download servers are overloaded from too many people trying to download at the same time. I'm still getting 100 - 300KB+ per second on the torrent :D

    If you are experiencing slow download speed, pause the download and resume it.

    We are looking into the issue to see what the problem is.

    If the torrent is not giving you acceptable results then we do encourage people to try the direct download link. Additionally we'll be adding mirrors over the next few days.

    I really dont see what is the point to download the pwi downloader, because with the direct link,
    and a download manager, its much faster!

    i changed to DD for now, the torrent is too young to be able to get good speeds.
    gonna seed when my DD is finished (Thanks for allowing the use of a download manager, admins)
    PW has been endless frustration for me #2
