    The first one you list is a private server and is in no way official.
    The 2nd is the official EU PW server, but it has already been said that EU won't be IP banned from PW int. Their site look very unproffesional tho, and almost makes you think its a private server too. Full of bad grammar and misspelling aswell, dosen't look too bright.

    I really do hope they didnt change their mind, I rather not play PW at all than play on that EU server where noone can speak english probably.

    Yeah im just aware of the same , and i want to know this wont happen:

    Sorry people we dont have rights to allow ip's from EU ...

    and what a waste of time and money if they ban Eu after certain time of game release.

    Then there wouldn't be any point getting involved at all. I hope they allow EU even after the beta testing and stuff.

    This game is run by Perfect World Entertainment.

    Perfect World Entertainment is a subsidiary of Bejing Perfect World Co.

    Bejing Perfect World Co is the company behind everything related to Perfect World. They are the owners/developpers of the game.

    Bejing Perfect World Co decided that there will be no IP ban on Europe on their own servers they run with their Perfect World Entertainment subsidiary company.

    They own the game, they make the rules.

    Banning Europe would be silly since their 2 main competitors (Malaysian and Europeans engrish/english servers) don't put IP ban on North America. ;)

    That first EU server is a private server, has almost 0 people, and the exp rate is something like 10x that of MY-EN. Plus the cash shop is really **** there, the GMs are somewhat unprofessional and suck at pricing. I really wouldn't play it, haha.

    But I can't remember but I think I've seen, there will be an IP ban for people that haven't signed up yet or something?

    They should ban all of EU. They already have a server. Also IP bans on Asia and Africa should be enforced as well.

    It's ups to ppl in EU to chose to play their server with EU time for TW or join us here for Pacific time server ^^. As it shows so far, I feel sorry for Game-Masters for the PW EU business, cause it hasn't seemed bright at all. This could cause trouble later, cause everybody try to protect their investment right? Search for 2Moons and Dekaron EU for more idea.
    I don't care for any other server, PWI came directly from Beijing PW. It rocks, yup must rock.

    North American IPs haven't been banned from those servers, so it's highly improbable for the company to ban them from playing on this server.

    BTW: The thread was about gaining facts, not opinions.
