    depending on your Quest you get either one of the follow. write it exactly like that in the worldchat:

    Celebrate the opening of Dragon's Rise Celebration!

    or

    Praise the dragons!

    or

    Happy fourteenth's anniversary!


    Edit: If you are unsure about the text, read only your Questtracker. It hast a LIGHT BLUE text. Write exactly this light blue text in worldchat and nothing else. Dont look in your questlog texts, they are false.

      It does. There is no 2nd "the" like the questwindow's description says.
      A player just told me that she had to trash the quest and retake it to make it work. Perhaps you should try this.
