Emerald Dragon Gulf title chain

Is this quest chain bugged?I have been walking over the ship and flying all around it,but cannot get pop up to receive title quest,can someone please tell me whats going on and how can i get my title?

    I believe there's an issue with the title chain because the quest expired on a certain date, so you're not able to start that chain right now. I think it gets fixed in a future update which might be our next major content update.

    Just tested with an alt and had no problem receiving the first quest and the few after it. Make sure you have enough inventory space and relog just in case. If you're still having issues after that, let me know what issues you're having so I can look into it a bit further.
