Are we going to be getting this event?? i want the RedFlame Fox mount QQ, such a tease to show it off to us and not allow us to take part in it

    Celestial Agent is in South Arch by the Seamstress. if u have an item u can upgrade 3 mounts or there some flyers and pets thing and it has a Transmutation but items i have not seen.

    I believe this is the Celestial Memoire event. We did ask staff about it since I think it's an anniversary event (I'm not sure on that one), but they had no plans of activating it unfortunately.
