    I tried this and it worked for me. Deactivated Windows Defender Firewall before restarting the update, it is complete now with no errors.

    I didnt want to but I had to... Using my phone data with very high speed internet connection and the load is moving forward now.
    Lets see if the unstability of that host can beat a max speed connection.

    Updating ppl, I changed to max speed internet connection and download its around 70% now.

    CONFIRMED: Switching to high speed internet connection doesnt let the update file host unstability to throw bugs while downloading, I got the 100% with no bugs. Good luck.

    Same problem over here. :( I reinstalled everything and it's stuck at around 47%. It pops up the same error since days. I wrote to a GM but he couldn't help either with that problem. :(
