Flyer not received

Hi guys i hope you can help me i have a lvl 33 character and so far i havnt received a Flyer can anyone help with this or is it a bug.

    Didn't want to leave any comment on the forum but here's your answer: You didn't follow the quest line. Go back to Celestial Vale and find the quest where you will be summoned. If you have an elf-like character you can also buy a white or black flyer in Plume.

    or you may have accidentally sold it like me and now you are going to have to make a new character just because it doesnt make it very apparent what a flyer is early on and there is no other chance to get one until later (even though quest require it)
