Since the PWI staff have become mythical creatures and we never hear about updates anymore unless it comes from the community...
I've decided to look at the old skill update post and make comprehending everything much, much easier.
(Especially since it quickly became quite the fiesta)

BLADEMASTERS I've noticed a lot of updates were posted about this class in the other thread, but I just honestly ran out of the time and effort that I wanted to throw at this. SO if anyone wants to correct anything (or everything? 🙃) about this class, then feel free to do so.
Over all, Everything should be accurate, if not in the ballpark of what to expect. There are still some rough translations with a few skills that I just couldn't find accurate translations to. So, again, if anyone wants to post what they know about those things, please feel free to do so.

Archer:
Stormrage Eagleon: New Glyph Skill
Reduces the target's p.def and m.def by 50% while also slowing the target by 80%
- Yellow: Increased damage by (20/40/60/80%)
- Green: Increased damage based on distance from your target by (50/100/150/200%)
- Blue: Reduced channeling time to (1.3/1.2/1.1/1sec)
- Red: Restores (40/60/80/100chi) after use
- White: Charge to deal an additional (80/160/240/320%) of damage
Bow Damage Passive: Passive Removed
50% damage reduction when target is within 8 meters will be removed
Arrow Inferno: Skill Buff
Channeling time reduced from 3.1sec to 2sec
Leap Left / Leap Right Glyph Nerf

Assassin:
Earthern Rift: New Glyph Skill
Range increased from 8m to 10m
- Yellow: Increase a little damage, gain 1 hit charge
- Green: Increase an even smaller amount of damage, gain 2 hit charges
- Blue: Increase damage radius, gain 1 hit charge
- Red: Also slow enemies hit, gain 1 hit charge

Barbarian:
Penetrate Armor: New Glyph Skill
Costs 20 chi and reduces p.def by 45%
- Yellow: Deals an additional (40/60/80/100%) of weapon damage
- Green: Increased range by (2/3/4/5m)
- Blue: Returns (5/10/15/20chi) after use
- Red: Increased armor break by (60/70/80/90%) of weapon damage
- White: Deal an additional "(5/6/7/8) times" the damage at the cost of HP ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Untamed Wrath: Skill Buff
Casting time reduced from 1.5sec to 1sec
Channeling time reduced from 1sec to 0.5sec
Cornered Beast: Glyph Nerf
- Red: Duration reduced from (50/60/70/80sec) to (40/50/60/70sec)
Blood Rush: Glyph Nerf
- White: Increases your def level by 10 whenever you take damage, stacks up to 10 times, lasts for 40sec

Blademaster:
Cyclone Heel + Shadowless Kick: New Glyph Skill
Causes massive physical and metal damage in an 8 meter radius, increase attack rate, interrupt enemy channeling
- Yellow: Deals (40/60/80/100%) additional damage
- Green: Reduced casting time to (1.6/1.4/1.2/1sec)
- Blue: Gain an additional (15/20/25/30chi)
- Red: Consume 50% of your chi to increase damage by (125/150/175/200%)
- White: Remove increased attack rate to deal an additional (120/180/240/300%) damage
Reckless Rush + Vacuous Palm: Combined Skill
Jump to an enemy within 20 meters, causes target to receive additional physical damage for 3 seconds, target is slowed for 8 seconds
Buddha Guard + Diamond Sutra: Combined Skill
Immediately recovers 50% of HP and continue to recover 100% of your health. Convert 80% of your physical attack to both physical defense and magical defense. Lasts 60 seconds
Flash + Bolt of Tyreseus: Combined Skill
Deals 200% of base physical damage to the target and freeze the target for 5 seconds. Cannot miss
Sword/Blade: Range increased to 20 meters, converts physical damage to metal damage instead
Fist: Add an additional 80% base damage, converts physical damage to a combination of metal damage and bleed over time
Spirit Chaser: Skill Buff?
Weapon: Blade or Sword
Deals base physical damage, your next Ω/ΨFarstrike within 6 seconds will crit. Deals an additional 100% of weapon damage, converts damage to Metal damage
Dragon Rising: Skill Rework?
Axes/Poleaxes/Hammers/Polearms: no change
Poleblades/Pikes/Clubs: range is increased to 20 meters, deals an additional 100% of weapon damage
Blades/Swords: range is increased to 20 meters, deals an additional 100% of weapon damage, damage converted to metal damage
Star Smite: Skill Rework?
Poleblades/Pikes/Clubs range increased to 20 meters, deals an additional 100% of weapon damage

Dimension Seal + Elemental Seal: New Glyph Skill
Reduces both the m.def and p.def of the target
- Yellow: Reduces the target's p.def by (45/50/55/60%)
- Green: Reduce the channeling time to (0.8/0.7/0.6/0.5sec)
- Blue: Increase range by (4/6/8/10m)
- Red: Gain (15/20/25/30chi)

Duskblade:
Divine Moonlight: New Glyph Skill
Increased Earth damage
- Yellow: Increase (40/60/80/100%) weapon damage as Earth damage
- Green: Increase distance by (2/3/4/5m)
- Blue: 50% chance to trigger (斩鬼神) effect, deals additional (80/120/160/200%) weapon damage as Earth damage
- Red: Gain (5/10/15/20) chi
- White: In reaper form, increase range by (4/6/8/10m)
Blood of the Nightshade: Passive Rework
Reverses the current passive, from reducing incoming range damage by over 60%, to now instead reduce incoming melee damage
Slash of Pride: Skill Nerf + Glyph Nerf
Disarm removed
- White: Disarming while in reaper form duration lowered from (6/7/8/9sec) to (1/2/3/4sec)
Relentless Drift: Skill Nerf + Glyph Nerf
Replaces the stun to now be an immobilize
- White: Replaces the paralyze to now be a stun
Blinking Moment: Skill Nerf + Glyph Nerf
Instead of gaining 10 chi, this skill will now cost 50 chi
- Red: Reduces chi gain from (15/20/25/30chi) to (5/10/15/20chi)
Umbral Stalker: Skill Nerf
Can no longer use skills, attacks, or genie skills
Cooldown increased from 120sec to 300sec
Strength of Reapers: Skill Nerf
Duration decreased from 30sec to 10sec
Moon Chant: Skill Nerf
Crit damage reduction lowered from 45% to now 30%
Damage to non-player targets increased from 15% to 20%
Can now be purged
Annular Eclipse: Skill Nerf
From increasing the cooldown of 2 skills, will now only increase the cooldown of 1 skill0 -
Edgerunner:
Inner Serenity: New Glyph Skill
Recover 10 Shield Energy points
- Yellow: Recover (20/30/40/50) Shield Energy points and has a (20/30/40/50%) chance to reset the cooldown of Shield of Cataclysm (Life)
- Green: Recover (20/30/40/50) Shield Energy points and has a (20/30/40/50%) chance to reset the cooldown of Shield of Rejection (Wing)
- Blue: Recover (20/30/40/50) Shield Energy points and has a (20/30/40/50%) chance to reset the cooldown of Shield of Halo (Spirit)
- Red: Recover (20/30/40/50) Shield Energy points and has a (20/30/40/50%) chance to reset the cooldown of Shield of Imprecation (Soul)
- White: Recover (20/30/40/50) Shield Energy points and has a (20/30/40/50%) chance to reset the cooldown of Shield of Monstrosity (Blood)

Heavenly Arbitration: Skill Buff + Glyph Buff
Gain 10 chi instead of consuming 50 chi, cooldown reduced from 6sec to 5sec
- Blue: Increased chi gain from (10/20/30/40 chi) to (20/30/40/50 chi)
Ghost Judgement: Skill Buff
Gain 10 chi instead of consuming it
Earth Punishment: Skill Buff
Casting time reduced from 1.5sec to 0.7sec
Hallowed Punishment: Skill Buff
Casting tiime reduced from 1.3sec to 0.9sec
Heavenly Arbitration: Skill Buff
Gain 10 chi instead of consuming 50 chi
Landslide Gallop: Skill Buff
Base physical damage increased from 100% to 110%
Focused Dive: Skill Nerf / Skill Rework
Cooldown increased from 30sec to 60sec, but now it resets the cooldown of Blade Hell
Ghost Slash: Skill Buff
Casting time reduced from 1.0sec to 0.8sec0 -
Mystic:
Energy Leech: New Glyph Skill
Immune to stun or freeze effects for 9sec. Grants 50% chance to increase movement speed by 60% for 10sec
- Yellow: Immune to negative status effects for (1/2/3/4sec)
- Green: Increased immune to immobilization for (10/11/12/13sec)
- Blue: Increase in movement speed for (6/7/8/9sec)
- Red: Restores (55/60/65/70chi) after use
- White: Increase damage reduction by (20/30/40/50%)
Gaia's Blessing: Glyph Rework
- Red: Replaces the restoration of (20/30/40/50) chi after use to now grant an immunity to "fragmentation" on squad members within 20m for (15/20/25/30sec)
(Anti purge/Anti debuff?)
Resurrection: Skill Buff
Cooldown reduced from 30sec to 15sec
Mass Resurrection: Skill Buff
Cooldown reduced from 15min to 10min
Nature's Barrier: Glyph Nerf

Disturb Soul: New Glyph Skill
Increase targets channeling time and increase in duration
- Yellow: Deals (50/100/150/200%) additional damage
- Green: Reduces the target's attack speed by (40/60/80/100%)
- Blue: Reduces channeling time to (1.4/1.2/1/0.8sec)
- Red: Restores (40/50/60/70 chi) after use
- White: Increases seal detonation damage by (8/12/16/20%)
Stone Smasher: Skill Buff + Glyph Changes
Channeling reduced from 4sec to 2sec
- Yellow: Deal an additional (240/360/480/600%) damage to (70/140/210/280%) damage Nerf
- Blue: Channeling time reduced from (2.8/2.2/1.6/1sec) to (1.6/1.2/0.8/0.4sec) Buff
Spirit Phalanx: Skill Rework
Changes from casting on to you and your allies to now only being able to cast upon yourself
Channeling time reduced from 1sec to 0.5sec
Will now cost 1 spark instead of 2 sparks
Psionic Infusion: Ulti Buff

Bloodthirsty Blitz: New Glyph Skill
Deals an additional 100% of weapon damage
- Yellow: Deals (20/40/60/80%) of weapon damage
- Green: Restores (50/60/70/80chi) after use
- Blue: Increased range to (13/14/15/16m)
- Red: Does not recover health, instead deals (40/80/120/160%)
- White: Restores (25/30/35/40%) of health
Chaos Blade: Skill Rework
Now increases the damage dealt to players by 20% / 30%
Stalagstrike: Skill Rework
Will no longer be an AOE skill
Range increased from 12m to 20m
Soul Shatter: Skill Nerf
Fire and Earth damage reduced from 50% to 15%

Climate Shift: New Glyph Skill
Exchange ice and thunder charges. Chi gain 5
- Yellow: All charges change to thunder. Cooldown (45/40/35/30sec)
- Green: Gain (10/15/20/25 chi)
- Blue: All charges change to ice. Cooldown (45/40/35/30sec)
- Red: If 3 thunder charges, gain (20/30/40/50 chi)

Technician:
Wisp of Shadow: New Glyph Skill
Gain a 65% speed boost and anti-stun for 12sec. Cast/channel/chi cost unchanged.
- Yellow: Changes skill entirely. Chi cost removed. Instead of speed boost/anti-stun, ig-stun yourself for (2/3/4/5sec). Stunning effect cannot be countered.
- Green: Increase anti-stun duration to (13/14/15/16sec)
- Blue: Refund (15/20/25/30 chi) after use
- Red: Increase movement speed by (70/80/90/100%)
- White: Can charge up to 2 times, but cooldown increased to (180/160/140/120sec)
Wisp of Shadow: Skill Nerf
Ф Sage: Decreased duration of movement speed and immunity against immoboilization effects from 14sec to 12sec
Ω Demon: Decreased movement speed from 100% to 65%, and grants immunity to immoboilization effects for 10sec
Silent Mayhem: Skill Buff + Glyph Buff
Reduces the cooldown from 30sec to 15sec and will also give an increase in chi from 30 to 50 chi.
- Blue: Increased chi from (35/40/45/50) to (70/80/90/100 chi)
Neon Landing: Glyph Rework
- Red: Replaces the increased skill range by (9/10/11/12m) to now be a paralyze effect for (2/3/4/5sec)
Murderous Indulgence: Skill Buff
Reduced casting time from 3.5sec to 3sec
Reduced cooldown from 90sec / 60sec to 45sec
Lethal Technique: Shock: Skill Buff
Knockback distance increased from 8m / 10m to 12m / 15m
Prey Of Blood: Skill Buff
Casting time reduced from 1.1sec to 0.7sec
Channeling time reduced from 0.2sec to 0.1sec
Tide of Flame: Skill Buff
Casting time reduced from 1.1sec to 0.6sec
Flame: Deadly Shriek: Skill Buff
Casting time reduced from 1.1sec to 0.6sec
Flame: Deadly Expel: Skill Buff
Casting time reduced from 1.1sec to 0.7sec
Channeling time reduced from 0.2sec to 0.1sec
Flame: Deadly Flow: Skill Buff

- Yellow: Restore (70/80/90/100%) HP
- Green: Reduces cooldown to (180/150/120/90sec)
- Blue: Reduces channeling to (1.6/1.4/1.2/1.0sec)
- Red: Gain (30/40/50/60 chi)
- White: Restore (70/80/90/100%) MP
Feral Concentration: Skill Rework
Reworked from a self ig-stun skill, to now no longer being able to use skills, attacks, or genie skills
Channeling time reduced from 1sec to 0.5sec
Ironwood: Skill Nerf
Demon: Damage increased and 20% chance to 0-proc is now removed
Redstone Venomworm: Glyph Rework
- Green: Replaces the p.def reduction to players by (70/80/90/100%) to now guarantee 0-proc, at the cost of 2 sparks, and a (180/150/120/90sec) cooldownPost edited by starfall#4900 on0 -
Wizard:
Essential Sutra: New Glyph Skill
Max mana recovered increased from 10% to now 20%
Costs 2 sparks and has a 60sec cooldown
- Yellow: Now consumes 3 sparks, but for 6sec, the skills Blade Tempest, Black Ice Dragon Strike, Mountain's Seize will cost no chi. Cooldown time increases to (120/110/100/90sec)
- Green: Recovers (40/60/80/100%) of MP
- Blue: Instant channeling duration increased by (7/8/9/10sec)
- Red: Restores (40/60/80/100chi) after use
- White: Immune to immobilization effects for (3/4/5/6sec)
Ice Prison + Elemental Shell: Combined Skill
Consumes all of your chi to activate the skill for 10sec. The first 5sec, you freeze yourself and become immune. During the time you are shielded, if you take damage, then after the shield is off, all enemies within 12m will be frozen for 5sec. During this time, enemies that are frozen will take 130% damage.

I have one question though. Is the increased penetrate armor effect on barbs major? I know barbs are low on priority list for most but, if it is it could be a MAJOR buff to damage.

Personally, i love the changes on archers & techs. Techs reduction in cast time and channel time will increase their total dmg output, and with bosses being nuked a lot, they can fire off more dmg in that short amount of time. 0.6s cast time and 0.1s channel ? That's pretty dang fast. Bang bang bang, you're dead.0

Edit this to nerf please. Reason being is atm climate shift for sage is 30 second cooldown cost no chi. Demon is 30 second cooldown but cost 30 chi w/ a chance to grant a spark.
This glyph state cost no chi HOWEVER, cooldown increased to 60 seconds last I check it. Therefore if you look at yellow and blue glyph are means of making all the glyphs go to one color and reducing its cooldown to its original state req lvl10 which is totally achievable even by endgame standards right!?
So is 30 second cooldown add worth no chi cost for demon? No, sage pretty much gets nothing doing this. You’re lowering the requency by quite a bit for damn near no gain. It’s absolutely a NERF and I think more sb need to be aware it’s another garbage glyph update like the last 2 lol :c

I'm currently not sure how much each Glyph tier will increase the penetration effect for the Red Glyph, but I can only assume it will be something worth looking at (even without currently knowing the %) for some barbs out there. I'll try to find that out when I have the free time and edit it later.0 -
The wizard skill Ice prison merge is very interesting but, could be translated in many different ways. I’m curious to see it the most. If the shield/freeze part is like 5 sec ig it will easily be most feared skill ever in pk. I mean 130% damage wow is that not like a better version of dg? Plus you can’t move during it. But, if that means that the user can’t move it will be easily be avoided and most likely suicide for the user.0

The way it sounds to me, it sounds kinda like psychic skill phalanx. You’re frozen but immune to damage. It’s a nice support skill to bait ppl into amping themselves. It seems quite absurd to allow a wizard to come into a group of ppl with IG, and if ppl touch them even with an aoe cause themselves to be stunned and a massive amp like 130% dd. 80% ! Epic. Thanks so much Luna. Gave me something to look forward too.
80% phy def debuff instantly with an instant mire of 55% more. Means I can still get in one of my double damage attacks before paralyze breaks. Aka, arma or ancestors rage. I’m just glad I can actually threaten opponent without having to waste my 80%damage for one attack skill.Post edited by obariyon#7211 on0 -

think it is ment as the 8 times of HP consumed such as on other barb skills, not 8 times of skill or base damage lol0 -
