the arc update wont complete

I started the arc update and it error's out. it says it cant be completed. you make us log in from arc but when its messed up we are all just screwed.

    Had that too, the ArcErrRep in the Arc folder won't work, neither does ArcRep. So the only solution is to deinstall arc (without deleting the game) and reinstall it. Arc also added a post in their Troubleshooting for this problem, cause it occurs with the new update (anniversary update 2018).

    my arc updated but now wont open it says missing Kernel32.dll seem this happen before with ppl that had older windows

    got that error too, after closing the game client it worked flawless

    I have same issue on Windows Vista since Arc update. Anyone still able to play these PWI Arc games on Windows Vista?

    I've been told only visa is a problem.

    Other than that I have no idea. Sorry I'm not good with this sorta things like SylenThunder.

    Try checking the Arc Forums in my signature for this as I'm sure other users must be affected.
