Title pretty much says it. The Iceshard Agent isn't on her usual street corner.

    Or, I guess it's the Market Agent. Either way, the lady that exchanges Iceshards for Coins

    Yep, I have the same problem. I want to exchange to get the lucky coins and the npc isn't there on Tideswell. I put in a ticket asking how we were to exchange when they removed it, and got a generic response saying the npc was removed and they're unable to help with that sort of issue. I've looked everywhere trying to find a different way to exchange and can find nothing.

    same here, european server. i can not use this things, there is no NPC

    This happens every few months. Either it was an error in the update this week or it is a cyclical thing and the NPC will come back in a month or two (or 6 IDK for sure).

    They shouldn't even put those packs in the shop then in my opinion. Say you don't win anything, you don't even have the lucky coins to make up for it. That's what irritated me with the response I got on my ticket. I got packs that gave something I can't even use, so was a waste of coin.
