[Text] Arrow Inferno Bidding Hall Item has wrong name

Saw this thing Item# 52048



It says "Deadly Shot Archer Scroll" but the actual skill you get is "Arrow Inferno"
It should say "Arrow Inferno Archer Scroll".

You can see the error more clearly in pwdb.
