How does the % counter work? Let's take the War Avatar Pack S from Transmutation as example being 0,0313% chance to be made. So if i put 1000 Nirvana Palace keys in, thats 5000 credit and 500 value, and it shows right away it will be 11 results.

Does the Server count my 0,0313% pack chance 5000 times, each time for one credit, OR does it count only the 11 (possible results) times displayed?

    Judging by the screen shots, and the list of possible outputs given later 8n the thread, seems more like it would only roll 11 times ( comparing both shows that there were exactly 11 outputs with some items having multiples of itself considered as 1 output), you put in enough credits for a roll (450) and it rolls once and gives you 1 output, though that output may have multiple copies (but the same amount every time) given. If you look at the lower level transmutation you can see mystic and holy pill outputs giving 3 copies of themselves if you roll it.

    It's pretty simple. I'm lazy about converting those item IDs to item names but you can just click the links to pwdb or just wait for it to show in the client.    ​​

    Where is the NPC for this please ? I didnt know this exists.

    @kokoot The NPC will be located at (555,625) nearby the PWI Iceshard Agent in South City!

    But they will not be present until after the content update (this NPC currently in not available in the game).
