No npc at the supposed loc (according to pwdatabase, and looks like where the pics are taken). So is there a time for that event ,or is it broken?

    gg pwi changed the rewards so they are decent, can you run any events without them being broken these days?!

    The NPC should be there now - he was hiding in the sands *shifty eyes* (aka - I didn't spawn him, my apologies!)
