I did not want to post on forums but I have run out of ways to get help. A GM who I was in dialogue with about my other account refuses to and continues to ignore my request for dialogue. Please, can someone direct me to a GM or higher who I can have a proper conversation with.
All I want is a proper conversation to hash out the details and for me to be able to make my case.
Could really use some help!

Ok. Kalyst is not Support.
1. Have you tried using the Submit a Ticket?
2. Talk live to an advisor?
3. E-Mailed PWE direct?
Depending on the nature of your query or problem would be a good start. It sounds like to me you have tried the above. If your not getting the result you want you can ask in the ticket form them to escalate the query. (Just keep in mind depending on the nature it can stop with one GM)
Just keep in mind that they do not have to answer any questions or explain any bans that have taken place.
Also talk to them in a nice manor helps. Its really no good any other way or your just be frozen with the same thing.
You cant discuss any of your tickets on here but you can use the Search to see if anything similar to your problem has happened before. Also keep in mind its Saturday and most staff will be out of the office.
Anything I can help with as long as it does not break the T&C reply here and ill see if i can advise.

Srsly, you won't get any help I never have in all the time I have played. I guess it might work if you kiss there rears but it's not likely. Basicly just eat the lose if you want to keep playing do so otherwise find another game not related to PWI/Arc games and play there if you want good customer server/help you really won't find it here. If I didn't have so much time and money invested and have so many good friends I would of left long ago.0

1. i submitted various tickets trying to get an explanation from them
2. i talked live to an advicer many times and they keep telling me to update my current ticket which ends closed each time.
3. e-mailed PWE directly various times.
I have tried, as you well can see, all of the above. I wish my ticket were escalated, but i sometimes don't even get a reply to the ticket, i don't even know if it is closed unless i ask in live-chat.
I am talking to them in a very nice manner, i wish they even replied with something lol
I don't think anything similar like this has happened. The situation is too complex.
As for @kalystconquerer#0876 , if she can't really help, i could use her advice regarding the issue.

@morphoze ok their is not much I can do about things anywayz so its no point in even telling me about it.
As long as you have gone the right direction about things and tried everything you can, Im sure Kalyst will have a look if she can.
