Support down?

Hello,

I need to send in a support ticket for something, but I can't reach the support page.
Does anyone else experience this issue?

    If I go to the support page https://support.arcgames.com/ and then I login, I always get a page saying the page has redirected me too many times. I have tried this on 2 browsers on 2 different laptops and I get consistent errors.

    Here's the error:
    The www.arcgames.com page isn’t working

    www.arcgames.com redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    If you're not using IE, close all tabs but one. Go to Google.com on that one tab.
    Then completely wipe your history.
    Then close the browser.
    Now, with all browsers closed, go to the control panel.
    Open up Internet Options.
    Click the Delete button in the browsing history.
    Un-check "Preserve Favorites website data"
    Check all the other boxes.
    Click Delete.
    Close all windows.
    Try again.

    it is not working for me ( https://support.arcgames.com ) i use username and password to log in and it wont let me !

    and when i click support from arcgames.com it tells me page is not redirecting corectly

    the support sistem is not working for me and i cant send a ticket so i am posting here a request and a question

    1 - i need 3 quest items removed from my inventory because i cant get rid of them from char heartbrokenC on tw temple serv
    Novice Conjuror`s Ring
    Novice Incanter`s Pandant
    Novice Astrologer`s Gem
    i got stuck with them ebcause i had inventory full when i was doing the quest chain i trashed the quest that i was doing with them i made room in inv and when i got quest bk i got 3 more again i finished the quest and now i have the old 3 items that i cant remove

    2 - why i can use new skills i did my culti i have the coins and 696.052.325 spirit and i can use it i have no arrow in r meniu and when i right click the skill book it say current item can not be used

    I can't contact support too. I tried two differnt browsers.

    I have tried all day to access support on website to submit a ticket about the cultivation issues. I keep getting a redirect for it stating this The www.arcgames.com page isn’t working

    www.arcgames.com redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. I have cleared all cookies etc. I have tried to do this on a different account and still the same thing. Also have tried a different browser. Nothing works.

    Yea I bought gold with my credit card it pending and has been for several hours no reason for it got plenty of credit!     I Can't access Support either, If i log in before i press support it doesnt load, If i go to support first and then try to log in it says my username and password is wrong.

    I've tried using 2 different computers and clearing all that cookies,browsing history and such, still nothing too.

    i sent ticket with this problem they replyed with something like " we can not delete items from your account please post on the forum so the developers can take action " what now i wait 2 years for a simple update that will let me sell this items

    and i repete i did the quest i dont need them !
