Good evening PWI players!
We will be having our regular server maintenance tonight at 11pm PST. Tonight's maintenance will have a PATCH!
Tonight we will be spawning the Grand Wizard Tensa cards from the Ultimate Spend promo! Please be aware that this will impact maintenance times.
*Tentative Duration*
Maintenance is expected to last approximately 4 hours, so during that time you will not be able to access the live servers.
*Maintenance times are tentative and are subject to change at any time. Actual end times will vary depending on the progress of the maintenance.
Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.

@kalystconquerer#0876 Hey kaly, xTW is probably one of the most important and competitive features PWI offers. An update at the least on the season beginning and points resetting would be great. This should be #1 priority at the moment. Thanks0

@hiitsmeguys CN will be taking time off for their New Year's celebration and we will need the CN engineers to be present doing proper full resets. Since I am discussing xTW rewards increases from the previous seasons as well, I want to make sure this next reset is done properly and with the appropriate staff on hand. So we will have to wait unfortunately until they return from their vacation, which will be in February.
Also to general thread - we are still in the process of completing spawns. Thank you for your patience!0 -

PWI v992 Patch Notes - Released January 18th, 2017
*Duke Blacke no longer announces when players receive Ancient Emblems, Battlement Stones, or Yaksha Stones.
*The Ginger Tiger Vendor License has had its expiration date properly set to January 1st, 2018.
A lot of ppl aldeady used the Item and it disappeared already because of old expiration date - January 1st, 2017.
Do you send out new "Ginger Tiger Vendor License" ?

@xdarknouzx Our system was automatically disbursing these rewards, so what ended up happening is we had two shops that expired on 2017 - one where we extended the expiration date from the previous log in, and then this new one that was distributed this year. The shop times have been fixed in this patch, so we'll have to retroactively give everyone their shops and titles! So if you qualified for one and had your items disappear on you, you will get them back.
I'll revisit this with CS and double check if these corrected items have been whitelisted. (and subsequently, if not we can get them on there!) Hope this helps!0 -
UPDATE : EU and East Coast servers are now open! We are experiencing some minor technical difficulties with West Coast servers, which our engineers are resolving quickly! Thank you for your continued patience!0

@heero200 we currently have no ETA on this unfortunately. It seems they were doing some hardware changes and it's just West Coast servers that are experiencing issues (though EU had a spot of issues earlier in the evening). Sucks of course, since it's not only 1) running a bit longer than usual maintenance for both us and players on the affected servers but 2) I play on West Coast and I would really love to set up my catshop for the night...morning...something?
@athrinbal No problem! There was some requested fash coming though the forums, so I figured to start trickling what I could into the schedule. So there will be more "new" (read - mostly unreleased) fashion sets making their way in over the coming months
