    Just giving an update on this...still haven't received the bloods after maintenance. Not sure if I should re-submit my ticket because CS assured me almost 1.5 weeks ago they were going to mail it to me "soon"...

    I don't think their definition of soon matches mine...

    I already gave up, it's gonna be christmas soon, then new years... they'll just come up with another excuse and leave it for next year, which by then they'll just forget about it.

    Barbaric Blood should be able to be sent out next week after maintenance! We have that datapull for everyone that spent, so for future promos this shouldn't happen again. *makes eyeballs*

    I haven't forgotten about it and CS hasn't either - been in constant contact with them and updating them when I get the news from CN. Not excusing why it fell so late, but we're rectifying it shortly. I'll be sending out the reminder emails to CS today about the datapulls and disbursements!

    random question since were talking about flash sales, monday is a 10* orb as reward, r those tradeable/accountstashable? (never got one from spend promo)

    They should be accountstashable but not tradeable. This is, of course, if they are the same orbs we gotten from ultimate spend rewards.

    Did anyone receive the Barb Bloods after maintenance? Several of us still didn't receive the mail. =O

    @kalystconquerer#0876 I didn't get the mail with the barbaric bloods, im not sure about other people. Do i need to send a ticket or how should i proceed? PWI management always say soon or next week, yet that day never arrives.

    I received my barbaric bloods earlier today, as well as all TW rewards and spend rewards. I'm guessing everyone else will be getting them as well soon that qualify for it.

    I haven't gotten the bloods in my mailbox either and the last ticket reply was from last week.... I was told by CS that they were going to send them after the maintenance this week and still nothing! Q_Q


    ***** UPDATE *****
    I got my 12 barbaric bloods a few moments ago. I suppose they have quite a few things to send out so it took them a while. Either way don't panic guys you'll get yours soon!

    Yea seem to be alot of glitches with this December flash sale. Had over 200golds and wait for the 24th reward(DOD) i spend 195 specifically to get the(3) DOD, 65gold for each. Didnt get the DOD, waith for awhile almost a day. Finally submit a tick, Support said i dint spend enough. 420 pack @ .5 gold=190 plus another 5 gold for (20)demon hidden treasure from the star reward(20 @ .25 gold) After a few exchange back and forth i gave up. Told them i will never spend another dollar in this game. So done with all this glitches. Never had to proof of my spending. This is like going to the market and take a picture when u make a purchase, yea ik you get the receipt, but game dont give receipt when u spend ur gold.

    Did you check if your mailbox was full? I know PWI's had its mailbox glitches but I've always been able to confirm my gold spent and they always agreed with what I had on record. Maybe I've just been lucky with support. I always double check the dates and times and wait at least 6-10 hours after promo starts to start buying just to be safe though...sad that I actually have to do that but at least I never get screwed over via time zone confusion etc.

    mail box never full, and yea i never got this kind of problem with game. its why i didnt bother screen shot. but theres always a first, but thought they woulda able to fix, but cant prove nothing so empty handed it is

    Still didnt get ****, they keep going off point. Now they saying the promotion is base on Pacific time and its why i didnt qualify. I live in California, i purchase the damn packs at 230am on the 24th which make it 530 server time. So in which way am i not qualify. WTF
