Why the brazilians don't want play in the brazilian server?

Hello, I'm Chirkova, from Tideswell

Recently, PWI was blocked for the new brazilians players, but ... why the brazilians don't want play in your server?

Answer: Because the brazilian server is very bad, expensive and the company (Level Up Games) doesn't know how to administer the game.

The Elysium expansion has arrived in the last week, but have many bugs.

The Level Up Games was turned off the all servers because the bugs. Many players cannot enter in your homestead, cannot play to the TW, NW, do daily quests etc.

Translate: GM: The game will be closed between 19:50 (7:50 PM) and 01:10 (1:10 AM), this will happen to avoid the TW, because some players are trapped in the interserver

The Level Up Games is an incompetent company and we (brazilians) don't want leave from PWI

    How to "like"?
    Idk how PWE can keep Level Up Games to distribute Perfect World.
    If PWE cares about their customers, they need to demand drastic changes in the form of Level Up Games.
    Playng here I got a better support from Arc than Level Up.

    If the server is expensive, can't they just abuse Jolly Old Jones coin quests just like they do here on the international version? Cause at least on Etherblade server that's what some brazilian players do. Glad they blocked it so no more brazilian bot accounts are created, but still it is a bad thing for legit new players.

    PWE is a terrible company to manage this game, and many others they have...
    But there are worsts... that Level Up is one. i've been in otehr games with terrible management myself.

    Well... Some restrictions are not PWE they are from Devs or PWCN. But a sad to say the management of this game in general is well below par.

    Sad really as the GMs have the ability to make or break this game form actions.

    Sad to say from the original game they will loose customers and supporters of the game as a hole regardless of what company supports the version they are playing.

    Not to say that management is perfect and trying to turn the ship around does take a bit of doing, but I and many others who are a part of the team are making strides to improving the game. Does this mean everything changes overnight? No, but it does means everything is getting seen, even if there isn't a response every other post.

    PWE is not affiliated with other companies that get licensing deals in regions we don't service.

    I agree.

    But another company or provider can destroy a name when running the same systems. People won't see the provider just the product. Something I've seen happen a lot in the last year's.
