Gift pack stock in Quest List and I have plenty room in my inven so how do i receve them? My quest list saying that' (not enough bag slots unable to complete this quest).. Only 8 items to claim, but my inven has a 18 slots open still not enough room?

    You need 24 slots to receive the prize.

    Some gift packs have 21 items in them, best to have 23~24 empty slots and 2~3 quest spaces as well.​​

    Yer don't really understand why they designed the system like they did.

    Check the above options and if your still havin problems post it again and someone will know the answer to it.

    if you ever used that item in the past, at any year then you cant use it again
    i had the same problem and after contacting CS they told me that.
