waiting for a simple reply from gm for 6 days about a ticket regarding an in game item... so useless

    Ok well, have you been adding things to your ticket while you were waiting? Because if you did, that causes it to be bumped back on the backlog for them.​​

    nope, just sent the ticket and been laying back waiting for reply. but nothing

    Ok well, do know that weekends don't count for business days so, i'm not sure what exactly their policy on replies is, but usually it's around 5-7 business days, so if it's 5 days, they still have today and tomorrow to reply if your ticket was sent thursday last week.​​

    Whens pwi going to be released on x box 1 and ps 4 where way better then that other game just add some cinematic story line movie and make it so pc users can interact with console users should be nice money profit there just saying
