bug in cross server

some people reported that when they enter cross server for tw
they have continuous falling and cant do nothing.
they must wait untill cross tw ends to be forced teleported out

    This is common when your texture files are corrupted.
    Which is common when you don't exclude the client from your antivirus.
    Which is even more common because reading and following directions is hard.​​

    And your sarcasm is a little too common on the forums. Seriously? Making the comment about reading and following directions is assuming that beast21g didn't exclude the client from their antivirus. joe can you tell me what antivirus they are using? Nope, they never said. beast, all I can say is send support a ticket and wait for them to tell you that they are forwarding it to the developer, so they can completely ignore it. *sarcasm button hit*. beast, that is really the only thing you can do since most devs don't pay attention to the forums. There are some, but they get frustrated too with no one listening to them.

    beast isn't even the one having the issue. They're posting for other people who are too lazy to even post on the forums.

    Why does it matter if I know what AV solution they are using? That's their business.

    The solution for the issue is pretty easy though, and it's been gone over numerous times since I started playing back in '09.

    Telling beast to send in a ticket is equally silly, since they aren't having the issue. It's "some people" that are reporting to them.​​

    Has OP's issue been resolved? Given the steps listed, if this doesn't correct your issue, please come back to us with a report on how many players this is affecting and any SS or supplemental documentation you can provide so it gives a starting point for QA to look into the issue.

    they sent ticket for this 10 days ago that was the 1st time happened and another one last saturday (2nd time happened) they had no response from CS
    The annoying thing is that you have to wait in cross server untill Dawnglory reset for new dailies so they forced teleport in our server. I will ask for the SS and i will post them here if you want
