Charge Reward Promo Josd And DrakeFlame Stone

I checked out the Charge Reward Promo this morning,I saw Josd and DrakeFlame Stone below the NEW section.So i was curious how many points need to get the Josd because the last time I got Deity it cost me 22500 points.I was thinking it might be the same with the Josd but when I scroll down and look at the Step 2 Select your Prize(s) There is no Josd or DrakeFlame Stone :o What happen to it?

    They probably removed them due to server instability. Like they did to those cheap +11 and +12 Orbs years ago... QQQQQQ.

    Dang I am hoping to get even 2 Josd.One of the reason why I want to charge because of that +11 and +12 Orbs Just in case for a flash orb sale #WeWantOrbSale :V

    Make them sale it in the boutique go go go so we can buy as many orbs as we can.Its abit hard when its part of the charge reward because it has a limit :/

    Sooooo...basically what you are saying, is you advertise these items, then be like, nah, we got your money, but you dont get the bonus you spent it for? You don't see anything wrong with this way of doing business @orinj ?

    This would be considered a bait and switch, illegal practice. No matter what you call it, or the reasoning behind it, you took the people's money without the items actually being there. Good luck, staff.

    You're entitle to a refund. By all means ask. :) Send a ticket to CS, explain the situation, and they'll refund you.

    If you didn't spend any of the Zen you bought it won't be an issue. But if you did, it'd be like eating food at a restaurant and then asking for a refund.

    How ever the drakeflame stones were always saleable in the past they weren't bound.

    orinj are the new pet eggs aka blademaster companion bound to toon cause i hate not being able to account stash mounts and pets.

    @Orinj I believe you are missing the point I'm making here.This isn't the first time the JoSD/Drakeflames were offered, but this is the first time ya'll have ever pulled this stunt. Of course I spent my gold. I normally wait till the end of a promo window to spend my points in case I build up more, to make the best use of them.

    Now ya'll go and change the prizes? Come on now. Add in to the fact you cut off the first like 12 hours of the promo and screwed some people that way, and the fact that there is zero reason for charge points to expire...screwjob central.

    I can see why you're upset, bud. Rest assured there were no ill intentions involved. We found out at the last minute and actually informed the various stakeholders to remove all mention of this from our blogs and also from the charge page, but some of the communication must've not have made its way through to all the departments involved.

    The charge promo not starting on the right time was a mistake as well. This one was penciled in far in advance, so this one was a coding error on our devs part.

    Really sorry this happened. Again, no ill intentions involved, just mistakes by busy people doing their job. Thanks.

    ok i see no darkflame but i see josd maybe i thought i saw it yesterday that is kinda f if it was there and now it gone?

    Ps not the first time i just thought under new staff that kinda thing doesn't happen anymore but still happends way less then it use to sorry tuttle slams cream pie in my own face my bad

    If ya'll didn't know, Charge Reward Points used to carry over and didn't expire...But that's changed, and I bet everyone know's why to...more $$
