Haven't played for a few years. Can't find it and was looking forward to some easy and quick experience on my new character. Anyone able to help a brother out?

    Every big city. For example City of Lost between Elder and Faction Base Manager.

    There used to be one across from the South banker next to the Lucid NPC's. Wasn't there anymore. Also the one in Plume was gone as well.

    They're disabled currently due to the changeover to cross-server tournament (which also isn't up).
