why almost every code that's being sent out now is either broken or failing?. codes are being sent to certain people while others not. there's some people who got it on every account, yet some got it on none. why is that?. sending tickets is a waste because gms dont reply. so wth

    1. There's 2 threads about codes already, post there.
    2. It's Saturday today and PWI's team doesn't work on Saturdays and Sundays. If you look at the other thread, the people who sent tickets on Thursday and Friday all got replies within 1-5h (unless they sent after PWE closed it's door at the end of the day)
    3. Be patient and don't send extra replies on your ticket or your ticket gets pushed back to the bottom of the line again by the system itself.

    In short, go post on the right thread, expect a reply on business days, wait.

    EDIT: Their code sending tool was broken on an earlier occasion according to domino so they have been sending codes via email but are aware it's not ideal and orinj is going to discuss the possibility of sending the codes through Arc mail instead to avoid **** ups.

    What?O.o My 2nd post was a misclick, that's what I meant, I didn't mean to post the 2nd comment so I'm asking that if a mod sees it to delete it, it wasn't related to your stuff at all. Only my 1st post was directed to you.

    Really? can you NOT SEE a sticky about this? OMFG speak your mind in an open sticky thread instead of gumming up the forum with threads containing duplicated topics.
