Twilight Temple Mod/GM Abuse Update?

Needs to be justified people losing accounts with over 25k and above invested and since he took over unjustified reasons of " account sharing and power abuse" I think this game is a tightly knitted community from what it has become since it launched and people share accounts but I think this favoritism should stop I do not think permanent bans are reasonable action ban yes but not forever especially if someone has spent there money

Ars : Removed link to be on the safe side. It's been up for a while so anyone that was interested in signing it would have seen it and/or can look for it themselves.

The only thing you're entitled to is what you're paying for. They receive what they did pay for. That's common law; getting what you pay for.
Expecting to get special treatment or being entitled to anything beyond what you're paying for is not.
So yes, I think so.

Why you're not banned yet from the forum is beyond me for that matter, but that has nothing to do with this thread. Neither does that petition.​​

given the rather public nature of the issue, i would only expect that a publicly visible explanation for all of this. i completely understand that HR matters are not necessarily a matter for public disclosure but i feel the playerbase deserves some sort of information as such:

- at the very least an acknowledgement that a GM abused a player in an unprofessional manner
- whether or not what occurred was actually part of an official action or a rogue employee abusing their privilege. (an explanation as to why a GM was wearing a player's gear would also be nice)
- something that basically reassures us that there are measures in place to prevent this from happening again

like, literally, anything less than that is going to be taken as a slap in the face. all the "soon" and "waiting for china" that we swallow, the least we deserve is an appropriate response to what is basically a protest by a lot of the playerbase not just a few more weekends of 2x and a trip under the rug.

@orinj @thenamesdomino +1 to this plus more reasoning what constitutes a permanent ban than a regular I.e bug abuse account sharing glitching because it's very vague

If @orinj is starting to get involved with this, along with things like the plushie, PVP server etc. clearly there is still some sort of desire to keep this game going and improve the community's experience. Don't underestimate what a simple paragraph or two clarifying the rules and what happened will mean to us.

Give your customers a better means of communicating with you, or History will simply repeat itself. ​​

exactly @orinj @thenamesdomino i have not seen a legitimate new person play and if people are getting banned for account sharing why not ban the rest of them? it clearly goes on in the absence of the players if we are banning them i mean i know it states its against the ToS but why not it be a "timed offense" rather than please make a new account if you wish to play again it makes no sense it make you lose more customers there is plenty of people that do not even play that other people have access too due to various circumstances if anything they should Update the ToS too and customer service should be a businesses top concern and given the recent stuff going on and covering stuff up with " investigation" and sweeping under the rug i wholeheartedly hope this gets fixed

I think prolly makes sense to just post it here. Was gonna open another thread but thought better of it.

Or do both since not everyone follows this thread. A reply to this thread and a sticky/announcement thread could work.
