Cleric Seals do not match timings in description

Affects both demon and sage clerics.
Possibly and probably also clerics who have not reached the cultivation for demon/sage. Have not tested non-demon/sage.
The following statements do take into consideration the additional sage affects where applicable.
Chromatic Seal minimum time lasts 4 seconds shorter than the description states for both demon and sage.
Silent Seal minimum time lasts 2 seconds shorter than the description states for both demon and sage.
(making silent seal truly useless for demons when it only lasts 4 seconds).
I have much testing and video recordings to prove this.
Also I have never once seen the maximum stated time occur for either of these skills, even with an hour of testing.
In fact I've only seen up to the *middle* of the range. This last part also becomes obvious when you realize how the RNG implementation works here.
Additionally the random number generator behavior on both seals definitely does not meet player expectations. I actually know very well how it works based on testing and can probably provide the coded implementation with 90% accuracy. You will see what I mean when you look at your code or with no more than 5 minutes of testing. And no I am not talking about bad luck. However I request you do not change it because it works to my advantage since I am the only one who understands it
I'd provide recorded footage as proof of my claims but the probabilistic expected number of tries it should take you to verify is 2 based not only on empirical data but also my sure theory on the RNG implementation. I hope I'm not revealing too much. I like to keep the pvp advantage in my favor haha.
Although I like having an advantage in pvp due to my intimate knowledge of how sleep truly works, I'd still prefer an extra 4 seconds that the description states I should have for more combo time. A 10 second demon sleep makes it extremely difficult to get out a decent combo, they always wake up too soon before I can wake them on my terms, allowing their magic defense charms to go off from their autopotter. Waking them up sooner would mean sacrificing necessary during the time of the sleep. The demon sleep should last 14 seconds as per the description and this is seriously having a negative impact on my play style.
See this thread I originally posted in the Suggestion Box for more specific details about seal timings.

@sylenthunder pretty much double thread with the thread he linked, and still didn't post evidence.
I'd say lock this one and merge his post that pretty much is the same as what he wrote in the other thread.
Still no evidence, and still a false claim on the sage part, read the description + extra description on that skill, I already wrote that on the other thread as well. It adds up to what you say it "should" be.
You can write whatever you want about why you're not posting the footage, it's still no excuse to not post the footage.
All it takes is to cut out one part for each skill and show what it's doing wrong, when it's doing it wrong (aka lasting too short with respect to the description). The only fitting image for this forum.0 -
You still clearly don't understand, sage does not add up to what it should be. It says it should be 14 + 4 = 18 seconds. I am saying when you time it, it only lasts 14 seconds. Please your incompetence knows no bounds and I'm really sick of seeing all your posts on forums. Every post you make is negative and trying to discredit others. So sick of you dblazen1. I just had to say something. and it literally takes less than 5 minutes for anyone to test for themselves. Dev's see bugs like this they test them, devs have to test their code.
How bout you go test it yourself and disprove me before YOU talk!0 -

Says the guy who claims to have evidence of said bug but refuses to post any of it because MUH ADVANTAGE LOL.

Ok, let me roll a demon and sage cleric within 5 minutes, get the skills and test it, just because you refuse to post the video.
Are you seeing how realistic that is?
Really, what is your problem about posting your video to show the issues with the skills and be done with it?
You're doing bug reporting backwards.
You're also clearly not reading many of my posts if you think that's the only way I post.
I only post in that way when people make claims without posting any of their evidence or are biased towards their own benefit (depending on what the thread is about), whether they have it or not (and most of the time it's that they don't have it).
Go look at astrelle's thread about the leap bug time durations, that's how you report problems, you post the footage showing what exactly is wrong. The only fitting image for this forum.0
