New treasure system

So I'm pretty sure I know how this works now, but my question is, anyone know the rates of these items to appear? It seems like unless the rare items have a high chance to appear in the groups of 15, this system is c9mplete garbage compared to just opening normal packs =/.

Looks to me like a system comparable to Astral Energy. Opening more bumps you up to a higher tier, in a higher tier your odds are better aswell as your potential rewards. I dont know if it saves your ''tier'' through-out multiple opening sessions, or if it resets everytime you start a new session... I would say I am curious, but that'd be a lie.
First rule of gambling/chance packs is that you always lose, even when you think you are winning, 99% of the people that claim to have made a profit from their pack opening are really just fooling themselves
However if the system did work this way then its perfect for the gambling addicts, because now your luck does increase as long as you just keep on opening! Knock yourselves out, fair warning tho, ull still lose xD0 -
I don't know what those tiers and numbers mean because I used only 2 keys and the roll was 1 Script of Fate, 2 Accessory Socket Stones and 7 Lucky Coins, so, idk, I'm pretty sure I'm not tier 4 or something. Would be nice to have a news post explaining this system.

The level costs is the number of keys required to open an additional chest when you do a roll, not sure on teir though.
The first sun seems like wings judging by what it says when you hover over it.
Wow these rates are terrible considering it's 70 silver a roll and only 1/10th chance to keep item without paying additional keys...well there goes my hopes of getting certain items at decent price, tyvm for the info.full +12 SB, currently lv 105 105 1050 -
agree with @dingo488 on almost every point. But this isnt like real life gambling where the house gives back part of its profit... So same rules dont necessarily apply here. In game... The house loses nothing when you win. So realistically they could let you win as much as you want, the only risk would be letting the value of items that drive pack sales drop, which we are seeing currently with many items due to pack sales.
Gambling in game theoretically you lose 100% of the time because the winnings are drawn from cyberspace and are worth nothing. And you dont even own your cyber-winnings. So GG I love that it sounds like a way to spend money to gamble on your gambling. What

Ohhhh so there's the catch... wow... So, let's see, you get a roll with a COM which would be very unlikely. Let's say 1 COM and 9 LC. 1st chest you open is free and you have a 10% chance of getting COM, 2nd chest is 5 keys and you have now 11.1% chance of getting a COM, 3rd chest is 12 keys for a 12.5% chance, and so on, but let's say you're extremely unlucky... you get teased with a COM roll and you'd need to open every single pack to get it. That's 7972 keys, each key at 35.2 silver, that's 2800+ gold.
I do see that you could get a COM and other items for scrap but jesus, I think it's worse if you get teased like that and then have to reroll because investing more keys would just be too much money.
However, I wanna know about the Aurum. I rolled once and got 1 Aurum, and on the bottom says that with 20 Aurum you can roll AND open 2 chests instead of 1. Is it just this or is there a quantity of Aurum you can store where you can open ALL 10 chests for 2 keys only? Anyone knows yet?

Ohh is that key cost then? I heard this is some sort of ranking up system so kinda assumed it was a tier or level. I don't really understand the mechanics so am probably misinterpreting what that number represents.0 -
So is it the higher your tier the more your luck increases or not? If so for gambling non csers this is totally worth it. If you're heavy cser my god have mercy on your wallet and when you get behind your rent trying to feed your addiction xD105/105/105 Seeking ScallyMode

Something tells me that the silence of PWI staff is because they have no clue how this porperly works either xD0

I guess this new system work like this:
2 keys = 1 roll = 10 packs at same time
On the left side you can see what you got from the 10 packs, every chest has 1 item listed on left side, so lest say you get scroll of tome and 9 lucky coins on left side, now you have 1/10 chance of get that SOT , if you fail you can open another chest from same roll but the keys needed increase every time according to that table if you get a good item listed on left side and you want that, the worst scenery you need all the keys in that table, I guess every time you do a roll a want open more chest you need the extra keys every time XD,
BUT on the good side if I am right this system it's worth because 1 roll = 10 packs but only 1 prize[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

How is it worth it when the rates are terrible and costs at minimum 70 silver per roll?full +12 SB, currently lv 105 105 1050

None of it makes sense to me. How could they implement this without even explaining it 1st? There wasn't even a warning of this **** coming in the Arc news. I say "****" because it disgusts me that they're making yet another item u need to buy just to open a pack. And, the new items, like the fash (Wraithtouched Fashion Pack & Snow Queen Fashion Pack), have no pictures anywhere ... at least not through Google ... so how r u supposed to know if u even want to try for it or not? Am not impressed at all by PWI's disorganization.***ANY1 SEEN THE FASH YET??? ***"BE the change you wish to see in the world." ~ Gandhi ~

Once an item appears in the 10 slots, is it an equal cahnce to open it?
IE if you have 2 CoM, 1 SoT, nad 7 lucky coins, is it a true 30% chance to get one of teh 3 big items?0 -
I believe so ya, that's when you spend the extra keys to try to get all/most of em.full +12 SB, currently lv 105 105 1050
