In a ticket they said that the code was only given to select people. So some people just wont be getting them according to the information i was given.0

They just copy/paste an answer to every ticket anyone sends. And justify it as, "dont meet the requirements" or " random players ".0

They have been doing this for ages. On support a very annoyed GM told me this code is sent to "determined" players and when I asked what the criteria was, he said he could not say !?!!! I was also informed this has nothing to do with settings or anything else. It's like they pick some players and others get nothing.0

i got the code for one year old account that doesnt have any 100 lvl toon... but for the older one nothing, that has 3 100+ lvl toons:(0

The information I am getting is that it was "an inactive account email", which basically means they're sending it to accounts that have characters that haven't been logged into in a while.
Which is odd, since I've gotten the code on 3 active accounts now, and only one inactive account. Two of my accounts did not have that stupid check box checked, so they didn't receive the mail.
Also, very interesting information, my private domain... doesn't get the PWE emails. I don't have any spam filters set on it, but those accounts never get mail from PWE, even though the option for PWE spam is checked.0 -

So I'm going to jump in here and try to clear the air.
Here's the information as I have it. This was an inactive players email that was sent out. There may be other triggers involved which may cause specific players to receive the email, but the people I usually bring up these questions with are MIA.
So if you had an active account that got the email, you're one of the lucky ones and you probably shouldn't have received it.
If you have an active account and did not get the email, this is by design.
If you had inactive accounts and did not get the email, make sure you're subscribed to the Arcgames email list.
If you are and still inactive but did not get one, I'll have to figure that out when people are back in the office on monday and we can get to the bottom of this.
I know some of you are upset, but right now just have a little patience so I can sort this thing out.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where the NPC Treasure Merchant Nosta is that I need to see to redeem one of the items from this pack. The best I can get from anyone is the SW area of Celestial Vale in the beginner's area. I've been all over the Celestial Vale map and haven't found the NPC. Does anyone have the coordinates for him pls? I've even tried the database and it doesn't give coords.

for both my friends and me it was exactly the other way around...only active accounts got the email (though some of them missed it again), inactives didnt get anything at all
and yes ive made sure everything is set the way it should...
weird thing is, im receiving EVERY news mail, but i NEVER GET ANY of the giveaways on my main chars so ye, kinda used to it after trying everything and nothing works
as grateful as i am for free stuff, but imo it would be best to make the "big" giveaways ffa codes anyway so its fair for everyone cos i guess its more work for u guys to send out thousands of emails instead of just posting one single code0 -
