So, with the map reset, what are the current bidding procedures

For example

If Faction A bids 10 notes, Faction B 8 notes, and Faction C 2 notes all bid Archosaur for a PvE fight, do faction B and C get refunded as they did not get the bid?
Faction A winning the bid, I know if they win the fight they are refunded 90%, do they also get refunded in the event of a loss?

Faction A would not get refunded if they lost. The other failed bids would be refunded 90%.

Sylen, what happens to that coin from faction A then? Does the game just eat it? Does it go to the defending faction if it was a PvP fight?

It's just gone. It's a risk you take. Or at least, that's how it's stated.

In practice though, there's a decent chance you'll still get 90% refunded.

Agreed with Eoria, all factions would get back 90% of their bid, the winning bid in this case Faction A would attack Arch.

So, just talking with my fac leader, didn't refunds come last week Wednesday afternoon/evening? Yet, this week, at least for her, they aren't there yet on Thursday morning?

Faction Leader - BankaiGOD's Dawn Glory - To my knowledge the entire delivery system was down last week and did not return any guild leaders Coin amount. I have submitted ticket "160311-000939" with support and only received generic "wait until next week" responses which make no sense and do not address the issue -

WE KNOW WHEN YOUR SYSTEM IS DOWN AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE KNOW THAT MUCH

We didn't get our refund either. Ticket is open. Flip a coin as to whether they refund or refuse.

@tuttle I would make a ticket because as far as i'm seeing they don't even realise the automatic - system didn't do its job last week.

The alt factions should not be participating in TW at all, much less holding land.
