    Were we suppose to have gotten the cape / ring already? The drawing for the ipad/iphone says we should have at least one of those items. I had the pet requirements and never received them. I am just making sure.

    We will send out the ring/cloak before EOD Jan 22nd, 2016 PDT. If anyone is qualified all 3 checklists but could not find his name on this winner list, please send in a ticket and have the ticket name as: Santa' Gift Event question and ask our customer service people forward it to Minty. I will take care of it. :wink:
    We will hold on the IPhone/IPad until Feb 5th! (YAY, Spring Festival!) :joy: Please submit your ticket before that.

    The winner list actually includes both scenarios -- either it is in your inventory or in your pet bag, it counts. (when you opened the chance box and received the pet from it.data has been recorded. )
    The exception I can think of : If you receive the pet not directly from the chance pack, but from a friend/market/etc, then you need to submit a ticket with a screenshot that you have this pet either in you inventory or in your pet bag. And you have to keep it until EOD 02/05/2016.

    I received it as a gift from a friend while my guild leader (who's on the list) bought it from others. The only difference between how we handled our pets was that I kept mine in the pet beg while he reverted them to eggs to keep in his inventory. But bleh...ticket sent. egg-35.gif​​

    it's funny they mention now that the data is recorded from when you open the pet in pack, but the original line we were given stated that the check would occur on 1/4 and that the pet needed to be in bag. i also had problems with the login rewards which were verified in a ticket, yet i am not on the winner list for the ring.

    also worth a mention, the ppl who have to submit tickets will be excluded from the drawings right, otherwise the drawing would be on hold until the tickets are all settled? i find that very unfair.

    so here is the problem @mintsummer you told us to send in a ticket and to tell them to forward the info to you but the thing is their response was this(quoting a piece of the response forgive me) "My understand at this point is that the data information is still being gathered and reviewed and there are more winners to come. As soon as that data has been fully gathered, we will be sure to update the original post with a completed list of all the winners. Be sure to check the original post here" so how do i even know if they even forwarded my ticket for you to handle it?

    @darkshadow Well at least he did update the post with more winners. i assume as the tickets are resolved he will be updating with more names. that is pretty reassuring.

If you sent in ticket with a screenshot that tells your character, your pet, your server, they will take care of it. And everyone on the final winner list( 02/05/2016) will be in the drawing.

    so should i resend another ticket? I mean my ticket with my screenshot had a picture of my name the pet but i didnt have my server on the screenshot but i did include it on the ticket info

    Hey, but what will happen to those who didn't got the pet, but logged all the whole login event for the check list? i had to work hard to not get any absence and log on at least my main toon.

    same issue here... i told them again to pass it forward to you minty.. it costed me enough to get all the checks done..
    i had added screenshots of the pets/charname/soulgem thing etc and the server name is at the additional info
