Strange issue - I think they possibly sent me two of the same reward on my storm (Vladette)
I have a cape in my bag, which incorrectly states that its a ring lol.
I also have a holidays wish ticket in my bag, which should be converting to the ring but its not

Do I need to ticket that?

I've been waiting around for my ring as well. I gave all the info I could on when I had qualified for each thing, and sent in a picture of me with the battlebot on my hotbar. So far nothing though.

so i finally got another message back from my ticket confirming that my stuff is taken care of that they will send me another message when its through or some stuff

@mintsummer i finally got my ring and cloak now are there also limits of the country you live to be on the winner list ? cuz its seems to me that the current list is a very small list for all the servers. some ppl i know and that are on the list are all americans.

@mintsummer hey mint im still wondering what happen with my ring and cape I sent in theticket and showed u the photos for the proof. and why am i not showing up on the heavens fall list when the screen shot says i completed it on 11-17 and time it says on screen shot as 16:15:45 at the time on the clock is when i took that screenshot

could be theres just one with a SUPER similar name, but if thats a GM, I find it a bit suspect to allow GMs to qualify for this event...

TaarnaEX was the iphone 6....the ipad I dont remember even after looking at the list though.
