missing cultivation quests

Ok i have a wierd issue that cause me to not be able to level any arcane/mirage/astral level on my duskblade...

The day server went down on Dreamweaver and reset was needed bla bla bla, i noticed something wierd on my Duskblade toon. this didnt affect any other accounts or toons, but atm i was like level 80-85 and all the quests i had completed before, appeared as available again, and in fact, i could retake them and complete them.

Also some "wrong quests" appeared, like a rb level 51 quest, i was 80 non rb, aklso tideborn chain quest that i had finished already, Morai quests, and others. Ofc i couldnt complete any of those, so i ignored them because i was gonna get to the levels eventually.

Thing is, today i hit level 100, so when i try to rebirth, surprise surprise, no rebirth quest anywhere to be seen, so i manually purchased the rebirth item from npc and made it.
I also didnt get the weapon and armors for RB, but i didnt care so much about that.

The real problem is, when i entered primal, i notice i have no quest or way to start the chain quest to become arcane sky 1, so my Duskblade had just become a useless toon, i can level and all, but i wont be able to get passives skills, primal skills, do UCH or maze in the future.

I sent a ticket, they actually advice me to post this to see if more ppl had same issue, and i hope i get a solution because Dusks are fun, but i dont feel like leveling another b:chuckle
