I'm getting a pretty stable connection to the server here, but I do hear some maps are not working. If your trace route is all over the place, then that's not likely server-side. That's more likely to be a DNS routing issue if it's changing paths, or issues with nodes in between you and the server.

I just ran a bunch of traces and they all look pretty much like this...
