Hello Everyone, there was a server crash this morning. We are truly sorry about it. Now 3X Experience, 2X drops are open across all 4 servers as simple compensation(Until 11/30 11:59 PDT) ! Also, please take this FREE 50 Event Gold from us: rSk9q0AK Enjoy the rest holiday!

@mintsummer, thank you. BTW, some people (DawnGlory) have a issues with Phoenix Valley. It doesn't work! 3X Experience is useless for them!Post edited by baseaddress on0

Is the problem really fixed? I am seeing people dcing frequently, massive lag spikes going on. Trace route is all over the place for me.0

I'm getting a pretty stable connection to the server here, but I do hear some maps are not working. If your trace route is all over the place, then that's not likely server-side. That's more likely to be a DNS routing issue if it's changing paths, or issues with nodes in between you and the server.

Phoewnix valley still offline, no use in having 3x exp when i cant enter PV0

@mintsummer, I'm sorry, but you have to prolong 3x exp for DawnGlory because Phoenix Valley (instance for power lvl) still doesn't work! Thanks.0

Hey guys,
Most instances on server Dawn Glory are broken due to the server crash. We fixed some and we noticed some other issues. We will run a the fix during next maintenance (12/01/2015) so we don't mess up player's online experience.
I will enable 3X EXP on Dawn Glory for the rest of next week! Hooray!0 -

They will need to open a ticket, then by answering a series of questions to verify that they are the account owner, the email on the account can be changed.0 -
