I guess at least we will have more players per server...

    or they are consolidating the servers to bring them more in line with PW-CN except the PvE thing

    Not only more players, also more catshop-snipers/bots. Since they're here for many months I would miss them flying around archosaur. o:)

    more catshops may mean stuff will be cheaper since i.e 200 more catshop battling to sell their stuff so some will be force to drop prices.. More pack openers cheaper event items now all will have a chance to gear up more an not worry about the stupid prices of things

    This is a very positive thing. I was almost expecting to see once when a server got too low in population to just be shutdown, nevermind merges. Besides server merges and cross server events I believe the message we are getting is PW will still be around for a while.

    I have to admit, a server merge generally "looks" like a game is in bad condition.
    The only reason I'm less pessimistic about PWI merging servers in this case is that it brings PWI more in line with PW-CN, for the server pvp wars event. I'm assuming, if PW-CN only has 4 servers, and I don't know if that's the case, since I've never played PW-CN. But if it is, then I don't think we have much to worry about.
