Forged Principle can't be traded at Blessing Agent

The Blessing Agent does not allow for trading of Forged Principles for a Diamond of Dragon or Diamond of Tiger. The option to trade in Forged Principle does not exist at all. To make matters worst once you logout they all vanish. Also if you trade someone while you have Forged Principles in your inventory, they also vanish. I have submitted a ticket for this and Customer Service said they can't do anything about it.
