Super Inventory / Super Pet Cage

I too have encountered this issue but only with the pet bag. I bought a super cage for my veno, /Jiggles\, over 5 years ago. Last week I finally got around to getting a second super cage and using it, but it also did not extend my bag. By the time I noticed this, it was too late to get screen shots of the purchase, however I know for a fact that GM's can check purchases through the boutique (they did this for me a long time ago when my wing's flying speed messed up and a 3.2 flyer turned into a 3.0 flyer).

When I submitted a ticket, I got the same answer every one else has. I'm really disappointed in pwi for this but doing as I was told and posting here in hopes that some day they will get this fixed.

As mentioned in my post above (although that was prior to forum migration), all everyone can do is wait.

To explain a bit further to the people who are blaming PWI and claiming they're scamming: This game is licensed to PWE, and owned by a company over in China. They are the only ones who can fix it. We might not see a fix for a while because they don't care too much to send us smaller patches. Instead, they like to send over giant bundles of patches. They earn enough money there to not be too concerned about us. So blaming PWE isn't going to get anyone very far, as they have very little power into fixing this issue. They can only forward it over to PWCN in this case, which they already have.

That said, I'd probably expect it to be fixed at the next big update at the very least. I could be wrong, though.

I purchased 2 x super inventory stones from the boutique and used one to upgrade my already maxed inventory from 64 to 80 but it didn't work, it still stayed at 64 for some reason.

I have asked for either the gold or the item i lost to be replaced, but also i'm hoping they sort this possible glitch out.

But where do i go from here if i'm not satisfied with the outcome of their reply?

this properly happend cause you increased inventory using just inventory stones and first time u you use a super invent increased it to 64slots even if already had them 2nd one should give you 80 though think mentions this in description now lame fix​​

Well, I bought my super cage when on sale a few days back. Just so happened it was just before the server merges/maintenance. I am just about 100% sure I used a super cage the first time to expand to 10 slots, as that was more trouble than I wanted to go through for the regular cages. You can guess what happened; absolutely nothing. I submitted a ticket, they forwarded it up. I was refunded my gold, but still no slots. They don't even know when the glitch will be fixed. The one who replied to me just spoke of hoping the developers fix the glitch soon. I am pretty sure there is a code or some such that didn't make it over in some of the past patches that shows you purchased one previously. Just my 2cents.

Anyone knows why I can't get the quest to expand my inv from 64 slots to 72 slots? I have the needed stones for it. I used super inv stone long time ago. I have the same issue on 2 chars.​​

I purchased a super pet cage in the boutique for 7 gold. I already have 11 pet boxes and wanted to max my pet bag to 20 pet boxes. But when I went to use the super cage it took the super cage and did not give me my 9 pet boxes, I still have my original 11 pet boxes. So i do not have the super cage,I did not get the expanded pet boxes and I am out 7 gold. The staff who answered my ticket gave me this link and stated it would be a great topic to state here. I am still awaiting them to investigate this issue but they are thinking its a glitch. The super cage does not state i could not use it to expand my boxes and figured it would max my pet bag since i still needed 9 pet boxes.

If I remember correctly, the bug requires you to use two Super Cages and I think the GMs said they couldn't get a fix for it (or haven't received a fix for it) so they left it like this. Insist on them sending you another Super Cage. If you have screenshots of your gold or the item when you bought it, it would help a lot.

If they close your ticket, send another one. It's a bug and they have to at least give you another Super Cage. Don't let them send you to the forums. Members and Mods can't do anything about these things. GMs are just being lazy about it.​​

ty ,,they gave a bit of a hard time but got reimbursed the gold spent for it,,,hoping they fix this glitch so i can use my pet boxes

Hello everyone i have encounter a problem with the inventory expantion quest as i was trying to expand my inventory from previous 64 slots to 80 slots with 2 stons to expand to 72 slots and 3 more to expand to maximum 80 slots ,so total of 5 stones needed .
I was unable to atchieve my goal due to all of the bankers wouldnt have a quest for me to actually use the stones as i was able to do befor on my duskblade just last night .
I have filled a petition form to am imgame support and they told me that this is a metter for a quality corner something to be discussed and hopfully to be able to fix later on on some upcoming patch updates .
Would you be so kind and please look into it or support me on this please as i would like to be able to have maximum 80 slot inventory with out spending any more coins that i already have .
Also i wouldn't be writing it if it was not possible to do so becouse as i mentioned earlier i was able to do just that on my Duskblade class ,i'am well aware of the fakt that useing super inventory stone would get me there and that inventory master has a quest for super inventory stones but i already got the regulat intentory expantion stones to do so .
Please look into it when you can .Thanks

I apologize if this is a silly question, have you tried with the banker on West Archosaur? With this specific banker? Having the inventory stones in your inventory. Not in the bank or somewhere else.

if you used a super stone then banker quest will no longer be there need to use another super to increase to 80slots​​
