how much time per refine attempt?

For me, the main problem with refining seems to be the amount of time it takes to click the refine button. Is it just me or does it take like a full 2 seconds for you to click each time?
For men, waking up is the second hardest thing in the morning.

    Depends on how long you've been at it/the client has been running.

    Same with how quests in general can go from being instant to taking 10 seconds to complete (Folks who open lots of packs know exactly what I mean).

    Often times, closing and re-opening the refining window will fix the issue for a while though.

    And how busy it is around you - I think that's why people perceive refining in a remote area (such as Sandsong Village) as being more efficient. When you don't have the added usual lag from Laggosaur, things run more smoothly. I wager that helps with refining speed (but not chance).
