Anyone wanna poke the people that handle the connections?

Trying to buy Gold here, and receive some blessings but says "No characters found"
This is Memorial Day weekend in the US. Not being able to charge when people have some down time and during an promotion is a negative revenue.

I'm sure they'll wake up for it.
