Cannot buy Gold

Molniya - Dreamweaver

So Arc seems to have completely confused itself. I'm trying to buy gold for my account and it's telling me I need to have at least one character before continuing...despite the fact I have multiple characters on the account.

This is the in-game browser by the way, so you'd think it'd realise the fact I'm playing a toon at the moment kinda says "Okay you've got a character, let's go."

Can someone please tell me how to fix this so I can get some gold going? Kinda would like some of the charge rewards, and I need cash shop items
