Prepaid Gold Charging not working

Hi there, I would like to put the gold I bought today but when I go to charge and then prepaid card, that say me that error message: 'Error: You need at least one character to buy gold...' Witch is weird because I have character on this account...
Really if someone could help me... Please?

Take money troubles to PWE/Arc support. They should be able to help you resolve it. They are rather fast about these kinds of issues.
