Harshland pvp server down?

I'm unable to connect to the server from last 2-3 hours whenever i tried to connect it say unable to connect server.b:sad

    Weekly Maintenance. Every Tuesday from 11 PM PST to 2 AM PST unless stated otherwise.

    Servers are up now. It's just the answer to OP's question was that he was trying to get on during maint.
