Quick question regarding UI

Everyone remember that bug with the 'quick shortcut' circles appearing when they shouldn't be that everyone and their mother had, yeah?

Could someone link me to how to fix that (or just say how to here), because I think I have a related error in that I have a blinking "1" in a circle sitting on my screen being unclickable and generally annoying. I'd like to make it go away.

    The blinking 1 isn't the same UI object as the quick bar is it? I've never seen the blinking 1 before.

    It'd be nice if these unused Chinese features would just be visibly disabled in PWI.
    Kernal32.dll error? Get Arc XP for PWI because PWE Derpped -->http://www.nrgs.org/dev/arcxp/ArcXP.zip<-- (Don't select the arrows!)

    It isn't. I'm assuming they want to try and use what to do with the circles as a starting point for trying to get rid of this one.

    I never did find the item for the number 1 circle. Wiping my display config files resolved it though.

    It's the same frame as the quickbar -- re-changing your sysmodequickbar coordinates to 9999 will get rid of it.


    As for why it's re-appearing or why it's now displaying a different part of that frame... I have no clue.

    Yeah, changing the same system bar fixes the issue. The bar itself keeps appearing on my other toons now though, so time to edit some more, sigh...
