Can Log into Arc Website but not Client

Is there any way to fix this? I can log onto ARC's website and this one just fine with my regular credentials. But when I try to log onto the Arc Client itself with the same credentials to access my account it tells me that the password/username combination doesn't exist and now I "failed" to log in too many times and got my IP banned for 10 minutes. I've been having this problem on and off for awhile now. Sometimes my credentials work other times it tells me its wrong.

Note: I haven't been banned either.

    Only thing I can tell you to do is clean out all your cookies and history then see if ya still have the same problem...dont know if it will help but its worth a good shot if their might be a cookie or something in history that might be corrupted...I'm just throwing in an old school fix that used to take care of login problems
