NO Quest

What is with all quest disappearing on 2nd reawakening. My sister and I are leveing together and all my quest have dissappeared and no new ones since lvl 73. Oracles and dailys is all I have. How can I get to 100 for the third time if I can't get quest to do. This happened on first reawaking but soon got them back but not after losing all the ones I had. Fix this problem.
I'm not the only one that is happening too.

    Have you done your quests the first time you leveled? Those quests won't come back once you've done them once.

    Also are you sure you aren't just outleveling many of the quests? Plenty of them have a max level you can do them at. Especially after the revamp last expansion.

    My sister is leveling with me and she gets new quests. I don't. She's even getting crazy stone every 5 levels. I'm not. I haven't had new quest except dailys since lvl 75 and am not lvl 87.
