Your friend can submit a ticket and pray to get someone who's willing to help. Aside from that, nope.

this also happened to me. Sadly there does not seem to be a way. I submitted a ticket asking for supports assistance and they told me to go farm. GG month of work.

If you are rich you could theoretically use the supreme celestial schism and switch cultis twice keeping your skills to learn the other one (if thats the issue and you didnt create a duplicate) buuuut aint nobody got dough for thatb:surrender
