need help with heaens tear HEORS BLOOD

i go between the times it says and clickon heros blood in my quest log I go to to place wher eit is the blood is flowing abve the lake but when i go down below at the bottom of the lake i cant find the heros blood there i looked all over the bottom of the lake many times is that quest bigged or is there a trick to getting it pleade help thank u

    Are you going between 12-3 and 6-9 am or pm server time, or your local time?

    When you take the quest I believe it will tell you in the quest log the time the quest is available during server time.

    The item is from a crystal on the lake bed, which only appears between the previously stated server times.

    thstd just it i dont see one down there i look all over the bottom and nothing the only thing i see is a CHRON FRAGMENT tht all i ever see down there and that is not it so why i cant find it i do go there to look betweent the server times PLEASE PLEASE HELP thank u

    is it surpost to be right under the flow of bllood water or can it be anyh=where in the great lake ??
