Problem with the credit card

Hi guys, it's my first time buying zen with my own visa prepaid card and when i tried to purchase zen it says "there was a problem with the credit card". Is this because I haven't done the billing activation thing? If so how do i activate it and I have already sent a ticket to the support hoping it'll help. Please help if you can

Usually you need to activate your CC for internet purchases. You do this with your bank iirc.​​

i have a OneVanilla prepaid visa card and i already activated it and put in my zip code. ;/

glad to see im not the only with one this issue. wtf is going one.. i charge 250$ already and tried doing another 100 in 2 sepearte 50 bundles and it says Error with the game/server please clear cache and try again. <-- how do i clear this "cache"

Depends on your browser. Restart your internet browser.
