EU Glitch?

One of our squad members in EU just had a really weird problem I've never seen before

When he picked the quest for his gem (Gamma) he was immediately teleported to the area, without being able to dig. Because of this, he still had the obsidian pick, and was not able to pick the quest when we got to him in the relay. He tried to relog, but it still kept happening. We tried to switch gems, and it was still happening. In the end we had him take one of the escort gems so we had enough people without the problem to do the relay.

I've never seen this glitch before anyone else had it happen to them or know what was happening? anyone know how to fix it?

    He said it was 11/20 and a full empty row in inventory

    Makes me wonder if it is a new glitch/it could be fixed by re-entering the instance. Though aye in that place impossible to test that theory, stupid once a day entrance rule. ;/

    Fortunately you/your squad found/was able to use the work around that you mentioned.

    I've been seeing people not being able to take mirror quest quite often now.

    One thing I know is if you close the pop up once you are teleported you don't accept the quest and need to wait till the pop up appears again. And this takes some time. I closed it by mistake a few days ago when I was alpha. Quest in mirror did not appear until it reappeared and i clicked on the right option (not close).

    Today a squad member had to relog in order to see quest in the mirror. Still not sure if it's the same issue tho.

    There is another major glitch that can happen, but I won't post here as it is a great troll tool. b:shutup

    don't think it was a glitch :o
    the eternity quest was never available, obviously she took both eternity and gamma quests and dug the gamma crystal. i told everyone to trash all their eu quests -.- guess she didn't read me b:surrender
